Abstract

Background of methods for determination of vehicle load mode is analysed; their classification is presented. The calculated and statistical method for typical operation conditions is developed. The load mode component connected with use of free traction is considered in detail. Load calculation in a system "engine-transmission-wheeled mover-vehicle mass" is based on quasistatic twomass model with an intermediate link simulating transmission. The concept of driving style with a view to using free traction is entered; classification of driving styles by degree of free traction realisation is presented; connection between of driving style and lives of transmission parts is demonstrated.
