An approach for the calculate-experimental estimation of the life-time of active systems under regular and unregular loading based on energetic criterion of limiting states for such systems and nonlinear wear-fatigue damage hypothesis is discussed in paper. The check-up of the proposed formulae on mechano-sliding fatigue test results under regular loading and on fretting fatigue test results under regular and block loading is carried out. It is shown the satisfactory conformity of theory and experiment under given conditions.
